FreightMaster Ultimate (FMU) Java update


Due to recent Java version update from Sun Microsystems, StarTrack customers dispatching via our FreightMaster Ultimate website (www.freightmaster.startrack.com.au) may experience issues such as consignment label printing.

To remedy this, please follow the instructions in this Post Java Update Configuration Guide.

If you do not have the necessary administrator access to your PC, please seek assistance from your internal IT support. Should problem persists after following the guide, please call StarTrack IT Service Desk on 1800 028 361, and press option 1 for further assistance.

Upgrading your location master file


Please see below instructions for you to upgrade your location master file, and ensure you follow the instructions of the despatch system that you use.

 

Despatcher Customers

Attached is a location patch and instructions that you will need to make the upgrade in your system.

Customers who use their own platform that integrates with StarTrack (MOS customers)

For StarTrack customers who were set up before 2014, please use the below file (StarTrack Interface Specification 7.45 or below):

For StarTrack customers who were set up in 2014 and after, please use the below file (StarTrack Interface Specification 8 or above):

LOCATION_DAT.zip
